Alright, Joe thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. How did you come up with the idea for your business?

The idea behind my business came about after noticing the overwhelming amount of individuals who are selling products and services online. Many times, they use a quick template or a cheap website builder to showcase their offerings, and this ultimately leads to poor conversions, leaving tons of money on the table. Whether it be a product or service, your online presence is critical for connecting with your audience in a manner that outshines the competition. Because of this, I created LFG Business Group.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.

My story is pretty straight forward, and may relate to many of you reading this. I worked in corporate for 15 years, climbing the ladder from an entry level position to a director role of a powerful brand in the industry I migrated to. I saw the gaps in the workplace, along with the lack of care for the company. It was evident that so many employees for businesses just don’t care about their work, and it shows with the output. This was the component that I wanted to flip, where creating a business that cares about the outcome and appreciation for our clients was evident and the forefront of the business.

My background is in mechanical engineering, which leveraged my ability to convert imaginative designs into reality through 3D design and mechanical principles. With this, came an a paired ability for public speaking and sales. When I married the two, marketing was the clear role that identified with a strategic mindset that pairs with an analytical framework to scale businesses.

Fast forward today, I help businesses by creating high-converting websites and funnels that pair with a CRM software that connects, nurtures, and converts leads on autopilot. We do this with unique storytelling methods and custom automations that make your life easier, so you can get back to working on the business (not in the business).

I foster an emotional link with my brand by focusing on short-form content on commonly searched problems or high google search questions. I pride myself in effectively communicating with my clients and providing thorough updates, which aides in fulfilling top-notch customer experience. Brand loyalty as a combination of trust, advocacy, and likelihood of repeat purchases can directly impact revenue.

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?

I built my audience on social media by showing and expressing my personality and enthusiasm for the services I provide to both prospective and current clients. My carefully crafted social media presence allows me to generate trust and positive associations among my brand. I use this platform to convey my underlying values, priorities, and loyalties. In today’s society, social media has become more than just entertainment and fun — it has become a powerful marketing tool. My best advice to someone starting to build the social media presence would be to keep it clean and simple; to be consistent; and to seek relationships, not just followers. When followers are engaged in your social media page, they likely will become more curious about your company.
